"Unexpected EU Charges on My Order"
I wasn't informed when I placed my order that there would be EU duties involved. Plus, the VAT wasn't excluded either, which made the total duty I would owe even higher if I decided to take the items.
It's all fine and dandy to have info about international orders on a page that you don’t really pay attention to while ordering. They really ought to give a heads-up when you're at the payment stage, especially linked to the delivery address.
An extra £25 is almost double what I expected!
